Your Personal Travel Concierge
When you book with us, there is no bouncing back and forth between staff. Your travel concierge is the only person you will work with throughout the process. They will be available to you as your sole contact throughout the process. What does that mean for you? It means your personal concierge does all the hard work when dealing with airlines, hotels, tour companies, etc. Your concierge takes all the stress away from you when arranging for the entire trip. Your only job is to embark on it!
Cost Transparency
Once we fully understand your travel desires, our cost-plus process allows complete financial transparency and accountability. You will be continually informed of the costs involved with a view to keeping within your budget. We are unlike most other travel providers in that we do not work on a commission basis. We are not limited to working exclusively with certain travel partners. We can take advantage of special rates where others cannot, allowing for more favorable pricing. The world is literally our oyster as it is yours! As such, we pass that flexibility and savings on to YOU. Additionally, if you have travel points from loyalty programs, you may be able to redeem them when we craft your trip, if possible.
